Peter Benjamin is the managing director of Cell-Life and based in Cape Town, South Africa. Since 2000 Cell-Life has run cell phone services for HIV and health care. Peter has over 20 years of experience in using ICT for development. He is a member of the treatment action campaign and the People’s Health Movement.
