Scale Up

Scale – how do we reach it, and what are the necessary steps to move from pilot to scale?  Pilot projects often struggle with how to reach the next step. These panelists will examine an issue we often grapple with by examining current efforts to reach scale regionally and nationally, while outlining possible pathways for success.  Cross-cutting themes will include promoting government ownership, creating an enabling policy environment, and working with diverse stakeholders.
