Building mHealth Capacity: Launching the mHealth Expert Learning Program
Wednesday, December 11 - 2:30 - 4:30 PM
This session will officially launch the mHealth Expert learning Program (mHELP), which is the capacity building initiative of the mHealth Alliance focusing on capacity building for stakeholders and organizations in low and middle-income countries (LMICs). This presentation will introduce the program and will showcase experiences from various participants and organizations that have been supported. The barriers to successful implementation of mHealth (with impact, scale and sustainability) and how mHELP can assist will be discussed with participants.
Provide information on the mHELP and the services that it offers;
Encourage participation in mHELP from those seeking information, those wanting assistance through consultancies, and encouraging experts to participate in the network;
Identify the major obstacles to implementing mHealth, and strategise ways mHELP can assist the mHealth community in overcoming them.
