Monday, December 3, 2012 - 7:30 AM - 8:45 AM
With recent studies showing a reluctance by doctors to adopt mHealth technology, some physicians are worried that a move to patient-centered healthcare will mean less business for them. On the contrary, today's tools and services are being designed not only to improve the patient experience, but to improve the physician's workflow as well, and thus enhance clinical outcomes. How can we bring more physicians into the mHealth conversation? What do they need to hear to be convinced that this paradigm shift, however daunting, is to their advantage?
