Session Overview
This presentation will examine findings from recent CEA research regarding consumers and their usage of emerging fitness technologies. Topics will include overall consumer fitness levels, types of activities performed, fitness devices owned and used, product satisfaction, purchase influencers and purchase locations. Additionally, this presentation will explore consumers’ attitudes toward connecting and transferring fitness information from their devices.
Session Objectives
- Learn how consumer fitness levels and activities impact the purchasing decision for fitness technologies
- Gain an understanding of consumer perceptions, motivations, usage behaviors and satisfaction with current fitness technology
- Learn whether consumers are able to purchase fitness technology products when and where they want, as well as how they conduct product research
