Forging Innovation and Partnerships to Drive Collaborative, Connected Care
Wednesday, December 5 - 11:35 AM - 12:50 PM
Session Overview
Mobile health (mHealth) solutions present a unique opportunity to support healthcare stakeholders as they tackle financial and regulatory pressures to improve care quality and patient outcomes. For example, today’s clinicians need anytime, anywhere access to vital patient information so they can make more informed care decisions. Additionally, mobile solutions enable patients to be seen by doctors from remote locations and maintain that connection even after they leave the hospital. And mHealth applications are playing a greater role in enabling patients to have better access to health information and real-time coaching so they can play a more active role in their own health status.
Join this interactive panel discussion to learn how tapping the power of mHealth innovations and partnerships can break down barriers to drive more connected, collaborative healthcare. This session will be moderated by Eleanor Chye, Executive Director, AT&T mHealth Solutions and include successful, real-life use cases for care collaboration/health information exchange; medical imaging in the cloud; remote patient monitoring; chronic disease management; and patient-centered health management services.
